Bleach is the generic name for any chemical product that is used industrially or domestically to remove the color from fabric or fiber or to clean or remove stains in a process called bleaching. It often refers specifically, to a dilute solution of sodium hypochlorite, also called "liquid bleach".
Bleach is a powerful pesticide. It can get rid of various pests, including drain flies, mosquitoes, clothing moths.
Generally speaking, the ingestion of bleaches will cause damage to the esophagus and stomach, possibly leading to death.
However, Donald Trump suggested a ‘bleach injection’ to treat COVID-19.
